DEPOSIT & CANCELLATIONS
DEPOSIT DUE AT TIME OF RESERVATIONDeposit is due as per Invoice details for all Rentals.
DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN IF UNIT IS UNABLE TO BE SET UP DUE TO LOCATION SIZE/AREA.
Same day weather related delays/rescheduling will be handled by 716 Bounce Houses discretion.
Inflatables MUST not be set up or used during high winds, thunder or lightening.
Cancellation within 1-6 days of date of reservation refund is at 716 Bounce Houses discretion.
Cancellations made 7+ days from date of reservation will receive credit for future booking. Credit must be used within 1 year from date issued.
Request to reschedule reservation received within 3+ days from date of reservation the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled reservation.
If a Request to Reschedule is received 2 days or less from the date of reservation, the deposit transfer is at 716 Bounce Houses discretion. Additional deposit may be needed to secure new reservation.
WEATHER RELATED: All request for cancellation or rescheduling due to weather forecasting will be reviewed by 716 Bounce Houses at time of request.
